Dressed in her traditional i huipil /i , this girl from Tenejapa in the Chiapas highlands patiently waits for the start of a harvest ceremony. Angel del Palacio illustrates this magnificent portrait using crayons and colored pencils on paper and adds his signature on the bottom left corner.
